Responsibilities: 
  • He / She will be responsible for the Human Resource functions like Talent sourcing, Performance Management, Compensation and Wage Policy, Organization Development, Competency Building, Statutory Compliance, Administration functions like Logistics Management, Security functions and office management, etc. 
  • He/She will be responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective Recruitment and Selection service to the Organization.He/she will be responsible for ensuring that key objectives, relating to the Recruitment and Selection service are achieved. He/she will also liaise with the other departments, to which they are linked, to ensure that the service provided meets their needs and standards.
Main Tasks

  • To evolve business linked HR Processes & Systems like study and analyze the evolving business context, develop strategy in line with present and future challenges, design HR systems & processes, design and implement specific plans for improving employee productivity such as multi-skilling and or multi-tasking, etc.
  • To implement and institutionalize HR system and processes for ensuring systems, policies and organizational values are percolated, implemented and respected by one and all across the organization
  • To ensure timely finalization of KRAs at all levels in the organization, to implement and monitor the performance management system and coordinate annual performance reviews and oversee employee orientation and induction processes
  • To ensure Talent Acquisition and Retention and also periodically assess the organization’s talent requirement and undertake manpower planning, selection process, coordinate with the empanelment of Consultants, Head Hunters and Recruitment Portal agencies
  • To monitor recruitment process and update top management on the cost and also to develop and implement measures for talent retention
Required Skills
  • Ability to handle employee’s disciplinary enquiries & representing in the statutory and judicial forum
  • Exposure in managing end-to-end HR / IR activities covering the entire gamut of establishment & welfare, employee discipline and employee engagement functions.
  • Experience in managing the administrative activities of the company, expert in all facets of Indian Employment Law, experience of competency based selection, etc.
  • In depth knowledge of all the statutory compliance's activities that needs to be performed
  • right from hiring of employee to exit an employee.
