Job Description
- Working as a part of extended Sales team at offshore on the Pre-RFP Sales cycle for evangelizing key Digital deals for preferred set of customers via proactive selling and account mining
- Play the role of a digital solution consultant to co-own deals with Sales. Conduct customer interaction and workshops for understanding business requirements and mapping to the right solution mix – technology, vision and budgets
- Execute consulting assignments wherever required with a vision to attain larger downstream
- Provide Digital Solutioning expertise for critical digital bids – overall response to be led by Pre-sales/ Bid team; This will include liaising with multiple stakeholders to create a winning proposition gorgeous
- Work directly with C-level executives of the company and participate in strategic discussions and business planning with inputs on market research, analysis and customer insights etc.
- Identify, form and nurture new partnerships for the organization.
- Create and nurture analyst relations and keep a tab on the market.
- Provide thought leadership and visibility for organization by means of blogs, webinars and whitepapers with ideas on new solutions, propositions etc.
- Be the bridge to external world - Represent the company in external events and participate in conferences and form connects for overall PR and growth.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in particular industry domain + MBA background.
- 5-6 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of experience in domain specific IT functional knowledge.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and create solutions and eventually pass it on to technical team for implementation.
- MS PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must. Creative bent to create corporate presentations.
- Business acumen for solution conceptualization and review.
- Strong business orientation to corroborate strategic requirements with propositions.
- Good understanding of different technologies/solutions & ramp up rapidly on selling them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with superior analytical orientation.
- Proficient with customer interaction, Business analysis, Consulting or addressing Bid/ new deals cycle and response process.
- Willingness to travel.
