Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) invites applications from qualified candidates for the post of Principal in Bihar, Patna.  Candidates should have passed B.E./B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech in relevant branch with first class or equivalent either in B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech and Ph.D or equivalent in appropriate discipline Post Ph.D Publications and guiding Ph.D students is highly desirable and Minimum of 10 years experience in teaching/ research/ industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at the level of Professor.

Number of vacancies are 06.  Gross monthly salary is Rs. 37400-67000/-+ Grade Pay : Rs. 10000/-.  The prescribed age limit should be below 37 years as on 01.08.2015. Selection will be based on Academic Background, Evaluation of Academic Performance, Research Performance, Domain Knowledge and Teaching Skill & Viva-Voce.
