For General Manager:    Graduate with 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare discipline.

Age Limit:  52 years as on 1.4.2015.

Pay Scale:  Rs. 43200-3%-66000

For Deputy General Manager:    Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture discipline. MBA / PG Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics Management will be preferred.

Age Limit:  48 years as on 1.4.2015.

Pay Scale:  32900-3%-58000
