Govt Jobs in Karnataka. Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) invites application from the interested and eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Lineman for Karnataka location. Candidates possessing a pass certificate of 18/24 months course in Electrician/Electronics/Electronic Mechanic trade from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) recognized by the Government of Karnataka. The vacancy is for 628 positions. The salary will be INR 7950-16790/- per month. Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

The prescribed age limit should be 18 to 35 years as on 13th March 2015. Relaxation applicable to reserved categories (refer website). Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of written examination and endurance test. An application fee of Rs.400 for General candidates & Rs.200 for reserved candidates is applicable. Last date for application submission through online website is on 13th March 2015.

2. The website will be kept open for submitting On-Line applications from 12/02/2015 to 13/03/2015.
3. Click on Submit application.
4. Fill in the application form.
5. Click on choose file and upload your resume accordingly.
6. Click on Preview button and send your personal details to Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM)
7. Candidates are allowed to apply only once and application once submitted cannot be altered under any circumstances.
8. After submitting the application ON-LINE the candidates should obtain the printouts of the e-Post office challan and should be paid at e-Post office and furnish the same as and when called.
9. Candidates should submit the applications well in advance without waiting for the last date prescribed for submission. Fees paid once shall not be refunded under any circumstances or adjusted towards future recruitments.
10. The last date for submission of application is 13 March 2015.
