Cholamandlam Investment & Finance Co. ltd. is a NBFC & we are looking for Area Legal Manager with excellent academic background and must have worked with company similar in culture fitment to that of Cholamandlam Jobs profiles includes rendering legal advice, conducting legal research and do drafting and vetting of various legal documents to be filed in the proceedings arising out of the litigation for recovery and in cases arising due to recovery action taken by the company, initiating, defending and managing the litigation for loan recovery and defending and managing the cases arising due to recovery action taken by the company against the defaulting borrowers. The applicant must also have basic computer skills.
