Job Responsibility -
Sourcing / Screening profiles from the job portals/ social media as per the job specifications.
Conducting initial telephonic interview and shortlisting suitable candidates.
Sending the shortlisted candidates to the clients place for the final round of interview.
Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site.
Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ensures the joining of the selected candidates.
Coordination with the clients and maintaining long term relationship with them.
