Job Profile:
- Basics of networking & Microsoft OS/Office, Automation products skills
- Service Desk management role which will involve receiving inbound calls,making out bound calls, managing email box interacting with clients / users through chat services.
- Handling users and key users
- Review and follow up on action items till logical closure
- Managing process documents, monitoring process continuity in a given responsibility, managing data, working on analytics
- Good Communication competency – be able to express
- the problem to the stake holders, seek help, Escalate and demand support
- Knowledge of using Service desk tool
- To be able to get work done and persistent follow up till logical closure of issues
- MS office skills and computer operations, terminologies of IT environment
