MPSC-Clerk-Typist recruitement notice by Maharashtra Public Service Commission

Maharashtra Public Service Commission invites online applications from interested and eligible candidates to recruit Clerk-Typist (English & Marathi) in various government offices of Maharashtra and Greater Mumbai administration. Total 1300 posts of Clerk-Typist (English & Marathi) are to be fill up through this recruitment drive.

Age Limit (as on 01-09-2014): 

Candidates should not have age less than 18 years. However, the upper age limit is 33 years for General candidates, 38 years for Reserved and Sports category candidates, 45 years for Physically Handicapped candidates. 


Qualification: 

Interested candidate should have pass at least 12th class (SSC standard) from a recognized university/Instt. He/she should also possessing a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Marathi and 40 words per minute in English. 


Pay Band:

Rs 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs 1900/-. All other allowances shall also be payable as admissible time tot time.

The following application fees are to be paid by candidates as per their category;
For Unreserved candidates – Rs. 365/-
For Reserved category candidates – Rs. 265/-
For Ex-servicemen – Rs. 15/-

Mode of Fee Payment : Candidates can pay the fee online through Fee Payment Challan of State Bank of India/ Net banking/ Debit card/ Credit card. Fees can also be paid offline by using CSC (Common Service Centre) of Maharashtra government.
