- Probation Period – Selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 1 year. During the probation they will be paid monthly Salary equivalent to initial stage of pay-scale applicable to SMGS V.

Eligibility:
CSO shall report to the General Manager in-charge of Security Division. He will work as Head of Central Security Department and will look after security aspects of Bank’s premises/assets/systems, including monitoring the functioning of Security.
- Retired officer or in service officer who can join within four months from date of selection
- Rank of Lt. Colonel/Colonel of regular Army or its equivalent in Navy/Air Force
- Preference may be given to the candidates who have under gone six months programmers that are conducted by IIMS and MDI.

He will also be responsible for making liaison and expanding relationship with different Offices and Headquarters of Army.
