Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invites online applications from qualified candidates for the post of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant across India.  Candidates Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

Number of posts announced are 3523. The prescribed age limit should be minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 01.08.2015. (Candidates born not before 02-08-1988 and not later than 01-08-1997.. The salary will be Rs. 5200-20200/-+ Grade Pay : Rs. 2400/-. Selection based on Written Examination & Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Candidates should pay the fee of Rs. 100/-  by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS) OR candidates should pay the requisite fee on-line through net-banking/credit cards or debit cards or cash through SBI bank challan.
