Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) has announced recruitment for the posts of Assistant & Junior Assistant in Bangalore (Karnataka).

Post Name : Assistant

No. of Vacancy : 11 Posts

Education Qualifications: Candidates Should be a holder of a Bachelor degree or Equivalent qualification of any recognized University in the State of Karnataka.

Pay Scale : Rs.10250-25180/-

Post Name : Junior Assistant

No. of Vacancy : 56 Posts

Education Qualifications: Candidates Should have PUC qualification or Passed Equivalent Examination or Diploma in Accountancy and Auditing or in Accountancy and Costing awarded by the State Council of Vocational Education Government of Karnataka.

Pay Scale : Rs.9050-23080/-

The prescribed age limit should be minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 22.06.2015. Relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (refer ad). Selection process will be on the merit basis on Written Test. Steps for applying online:

1. Applications should be submitted strictly 'ONLINE' by logging on to BESCOM website www.bescom.org. 
2. Applications will not be accepted by any other mode. 
3. The candidates should fill up the e-mail ID and mobile number in the application since, future correspondence with them will be over e-mail or SMS if necessary. 
4. The website will be kept open for submitting online applications from 01/06/2015 to 22/06/2015. The last date for submission of application is upto 16.00 hours (4.00 p.m.) 
5. Candidates are allowed to apply only once and application once submitted cannot be altered under any circumstances. 
6. Payment should be made in e-post offices from 01/06/2015 to 23/06/2015. The last date for payment of application fee is 23/06/2015. 
7. After submitting the ONLINE application the candidates should obtain the print Post Office payment challan generated in online and pay the requisite application fee along with applicable post office service charges in any computerized post offices in Karnataka and produce as when called by the BESCOM. 
8. Candidates can also confirm their payment in www.karnatakapost.gov.in after 48 hrs of payment. During the fee payment in post offices, if any clarifications are needed, candidates can contact post office helpline between 9.30 to 17.30 in working days or email to apmgbdco@gmail.com. 9. Fees paid once shall not be refunded under any circumstances or adjusted towards future recruitment. ix. Candidates should submit the application well in advance without waiting for the last date prescribed for submission
