Orissa State Child Protection Society invites applications from qualified candidates for the post of Assistant Cum DEO in Odisha.  Candidates should have completed graduation from a recognized University and must have knowledge of computers.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FORM: 

1. Attested photocopy of HSC or equivalent and mark sheet. 
2. Attested photocopy of 10+2 or equivalent certificate and mark sheet. 
3. Attested photocopy of Degree certificate and mark sheet. 
4. One recent colour Photograph (3.5X4.5 size) duly attested in front side should be affixed at the space provided. 
5. Certificate of experience issued from the previous / current employer. 
6. In case of persons with disability self-attested copy of identity card issued by competent authority. 
7. Attested photo copies of all the mark sheets and board/university certificates in proof of the claim made by the candidate relating to his/her educational qualification. 
8. Separate application form for each individual post must be submitted along with attested photo copy of all the mark sheet and certificates. 
9. Attested copies of Caste certificate and other certificates in proof of the claim made should be attached with the application.
