Recruitment 2015 notice by Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission for the post of Steno-cum-Computer Operator in New Delhi, Delhi.  Candidates should be graduates with proficiency in English Typing (40 wpm), English Shorthand (80 wpm) and Diploma / Certificate in computing OR equivalent from recognised / reputed institution. Three years service in a Central / State Govt. OR any PSUs of Central / State Govt. involving exposure to computer operations..
