(Anatomy)/ MD (Anatomy) / MBBS with M.Sc (Med. Anatomy) with Ph.D (Medical Anatomy) / M.Sc (Med. Anatomy) with D.Sc (Med. Anatomy) OR MD. (Physiology) MBBS with M.Sc (Physiology ) /M.Sc (Med. Physiology) with Ph.D (Medical Physiology) / M.Sc (Med. Physiology). OR MD. (Pharmacology) MBBS with M.Sc with Ph.D (Medical Pharmacology) / M.Sc (Med. Pharmacology) with Ph.D (Med. Steps:

1. For online application click on "New user click here for registration".
2. Fill Registration form and click on submit button.
3. Type registered user name, password and type Dynamic Image Letters (captcha) in the text boxand click on submit for login.
4. Fill Personal Details correctly and finally click on submit button. Click on HOME button to go to Home page. 
5. Click on School Details to enter the Study particulars 
6. Fill up the study particulars from class IV to X and click on submit button. Click on HOME button to go to Home page. 
7. Click on Medical Education Details. 
8. Fill up the Medical Education details and submit button. Click on HOME button to go to Home page. 
9. Click on Contract details if you are working on Contract basis in any of the Govt. Hospitals and upload Contract Certificate. 
10. If you have worked in more than one Institution click on Add Row button to furnish those details and finally click on submit button. Click on HOME button to go to Home page. 
11. Upload Documents using choose file browse button  (Each file size below 100kb with Jpg format).   The documents include; photo, caste certificate (if any), signature, etc..
12. Click on CONFIRMATION/DECLARATION.
13. Note down your application ID No for future reference.
14. Check Filled Application for any correction / edit and Click CONFIRM AND PAY NOW Button finally. Once Confirm button is pressed you are not allowed to correction / edit any of the information provided in the Application form. 
15. After clicking on CONFIRM AND PAY NOW, then only your application process is completed.
