AIIMS Bhopal invites applications from the qualified candidates for the post of Field Assistants in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Candidate should be a Masters in Social Science/ Masters in social work from recognized university with Technical education in computer management will be preferred, as one would require to work with database software like MS office, Excel.

Approx. Gross Monthly Salary: Rs. 15000/- (Per Month).         

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidate should be a Masters in Social Science/ Masters in social work from recognized university with Technical education in computer management will be preferred, as one would require to work with database software like MS office, Excel.

Responsibilities:

1. Travels to field sites to collect and record data and/or samples as appropriate to the specific objectives of the project.
2. Academic and/or work experience related to the field of research, as defined by the project investigator/project consultant.
3. Develops or assists in the development of interview schedules; contacts potential subjects to introduce and explain study objectives and protocol, and to arrange interviews.
4. Experience with specialized software or datasets, as required by the Project consultant
5. Conducts and records face-to-face and interviews with subjects, in accordance with
6. Pre determined interview protocol, data collection procedures, and documentation standards.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly plan for field visit in consultation with Project Consultant

Preferred Candidate:

1. Excellent command over the language - written and oral.
2. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research and social research
3. Data analysis and interpretation skills.
4. Computer management skills.
