Directorate General of Central Excise Intelligence (DGCEI) Chennai Zonal Unit invites applications for the post of Intelligence Officer in Chennai. Applicants should be Officers of equivalent grades of Customs/Central Excise and Service Tax

Number of posts announced are 18. The salary will be Rs 9300-34800/- + Grade pay Rs. 4600/ 4800/- per month. 1. Complete Bio-data and willingness letter of the officer along with the History of previous postings.
2. APAR Gradings for the last 5 years duly verified and attested by the Additional / Joint Commissioner (P&V)
3. Vigilance Clearance Certificate; and 
4. No Objection from the Competent authority to relieve the officer in the event of his / her selection. 
5. It is requested that the names of willing and suitable officers may please be obtained and forwarded to this office latest by 20-4-2015.
