D- MSc and PhD in Botany/Zoology/Forestry/Environmental Sciences/Life
Sciences with at least 8 years proven research experience with working experience in Himalayan ecosystems, for Scientist
B- MSc and PhD in Botany/Zoology/Forestry/Environmental Sciences /Life
Sciences with at least 3 years proven research experience with working experience in Himalayan ecosystems, for Junior
Research Fellow- MSc in Botany/Zoology/Forestry/Environmental
Sciences/Life Sciences with practical knowledge in Traditional Knowledge
system and finally for Project Assistant -Intermediate/Higher Secondary level in relevant subjects.Selection procedure is short listed candidates will be informed for interview via email.

Qualification:
Scientist D: MSc and PhD in Botany/Zoology/Forestry/Environmental Sciences/Life Sciences with at least 8 years proven research experience.
Desirable qualifications: working experience in Himalayan ecosystems
Scientist B: MSc and PhD in Botany/Zoology/Forestry/Environmental Sciences/Life Sciences with at least 3 years proven research experience.
Desirable qualifications: Working experience in Himalayan ecosystems
Junior Research Fellow: MSc in Botany/Zoology/Forestry/Environmental Sciences/Life Sciences with practical knowledge in Traditional Knowledge system.
Project Assistant level II: Intermediate/Higher Secondary level in relevant subjects
Salary Band:
Scientist D: Consolidated pm Rs.75000-95000 (equivalent to the pay band Rs. 15600-39100 (GP 7600/-))
Scientist B: Consolidated pm Rs. 50000-70000 (equivalent to the pay band Rs. 15600-39100 (GP 5400/-))
Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 16000/ p.m. for initial 2 years and Rs. 18000/ p.m. for third year onwards plus HRA as per the rules.
Project Assistant level II: Rs. 8000 pm
