Govt Job in Kerala. Indian Institute of Spices Research invites application for the post of Lab Assistant (Chemistry) for Chelavoor, Kerala location. Qualification should be B.Sc(Ag.)/B.Sc.(Horticulture)/B.Sc.(Chemistry) with experience in analyses of soil and plant samples for physico-chemical analysis. Age limit specified in the job notification is 35 years for Men & 40 years for Women as on date of Interview. Consolidated salary of Rs.12,000/- per month will be paid during the project tenure. Qualification: 

B.Sc(Ag.)/B.Sc.(Horticulture)/B.Sc.(Chemistry) with experience in analyses of soil and plant samples for physico-chemical analysis.

Job Profile: 

Analyses of plant and soil samples for physico-chemical analysis (major, secondary and micro nutrients), soil enzyme analysis, imposing treatments, maintenance of field, data collection etc.

Location: ICAR-IISR, Chelavoor, Kerala

Duration of Project: 31 March 2017 or till the date of closure of the project whichever is earlier. 

Age Limit: 

35 years for Men & 40 years for Women as on date of Interview (Upper Age limits are relaxable for SC,ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms (at present 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)
