Govt Job Opportunity 2015 in Mysore, Karnataka for the post of Project Director at Central Institute of Indian Languages

Central Institute of Indian Languages recruitment notice for the post of Project Director in Mysore, Karnataka. Candidates should have completed Doctoral Degree in Linguistics or Literature related to Kannada language and need to have 15 years of Research/Teaching experience or 3 years of administrative experience in a reputed organization or an educational institution.                                                                            

The prescribed age limit should not be more than 65 years as on  the last date of receipt of application, i.e., 09th  March 2015. Salary will be Rs 70,000/- per month. The duly filled in application form along with all certificates and testimonials can be posted to the below address.

Qualification:

Experience:

Pay Scale: Rs 70,000/- per month.

Job Skills:

1. The Project Director will be the Head of the CESCK, he/she will report to the Director, CIIL who is the Nodal Officer for implementation of the activities of the CESCK and also the Sanctioning Authority as far as financial and administrative matters of the CESCK are concerned.
2. The Project Director, CESCK will supervise, monitor and implement the decisions of the PMB on behalf-of the Nodal Officer. The Project Director, CESCK will supervise, monitor and implement the decisions of the PMB. He/She is required to give a monthly report on the progress made in the Scheme to the Nodal Officer by the 3rd or next working day of the following month.
3. The Project Director, CESCK will also convene meetings of the CESCK including PMB meetings with the approval of the Nodal Officer.
4. The Project Director will be required to frame the budget for CESCK.
5. The Project Director, CESCK shall be the custodian of the records and publications/e-publications and such other properties of the CESCK/CIIL as the Director, CIIL may commit to his/her charge.
6. The Project Director, CESCK will do the ground-work and correspondence for entering into contracts, Intents of Collaboration, MoUs and assignments.
7. The Project Director, CESCK will also be required to undertake any responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Nodal Officer.
