 Research Associate 2015-Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur invites application from the qualificaed candidates for the post of Research Associate. Selected candidates need to work on the GRAPHENE BASED HYBRID SOLAR CELLS (GBH) project. Interested candidates should have Ph.D in Physics or M. Tech in Soild State Technology / Materials Science with 4 years research experience. Candidates with work experience in the area of thin films, electronic materials, devices, solar cells will be preferred. Consolidated compensation upto Rs. 22,000/- p.m shall be paid depending on qualification and experience. Age limit for this position will be 35 years. Consolidated Compensation: Upto Rs. 22,000/- p.m (depending qualification and experience)

Upper age limit for RA : 35 years. Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates as per CSIR rule.
