Post: Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

Pay Band: Rs. 9300-34800 - with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with eight years experience or a recognized AICTE Degree with five years experience as a Junior Engineer in a University / Government Institution/Public Sector Undertaking.
• Relevant Experience - Having experience in preparation of estimate, analysis of rates, contractor bills for electrical works, D.G. sets, feeder (11/0.433 KV) lines and substations, lifts, ACs, fire fighting system and heating equipments, pumping systems, etc.

Post: Junior Engineer (Elect.)

Pay Band: Rs. 9300-34800 - with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution/State Technical Board with five years post qualification experience in the line.
• Relevant Experience - Experience in assisting electrical works, preparation of estimates, analysis of rates, processing contractor bills for internal, external electrical work, D.G. Sets, 11/0.433 KV substations, lifts, ACs, pumping systems and knowledge of CPWD rules.

Post: Executive Engineer (Civil) (Deputation)

Pay Band: Group A Pay Band-3 Rs. 15600-39100 - with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-

Qualification and Experience: 

• Degree in Civil Engineering with experience of 15 years in profession out of which 06 years experience should be as Assistant Engineer (Civil) in a University /Government Institution/ Public Sector Undertaking.

Post: Junior Engineer (Civil) (Deputation)

Pay Band: Group C Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300-34800 - with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- 

 

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/State Technical Board with five years post qualification experience in the line.
• Relevant Experience - Experience in preparation of estimates, analysis of rates, processing contractor bills for civil works, knowledge of software tools, CPWD rules, etc.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years for Group B and C posts and 45 years for Group A posts.

Selection Procedure: Written Test and Interview.

Application Fee:
For Group-A post -> Rs.500/- (non-refundable) for General / OBC candidates.
For Group-B & C posts -> Rs.300 (non-refundable) for General / OBC candidates.

Application fee shall be payable in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of "Finance Officer, JNU" payable at New Delhi. No application fee is payable in respect of SC/ST/PH candidates.
