Qualification:

• Diploma in Teacher Education or Certificate in Basic Teacher’s Training of a duration of not less than 2 years offered by an institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education. The minimum academic qualification for admission to the Diploma in Teacher Education or Certificate in Basic Teachers Training should be Higher Secondary or its equivalent; and 
• Should have studied the particular Regional language (Tamil) as one of the subjects upto Secondary level or as one of the subjects in the D.T.Ed Course or studied Diploma in Teacher Education / Certificate in Basic Teacher’s Training in the relevant medium of instruction. Should have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by CBSE (CTET) / Govt. of Tamil Nadu (TNTET)

Pay Band: Rs.9300-34800/-

Age Limit : Between 18 and 32 years, relaxable in accordance with instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time.
