UAC, New Delhi invites application for Scientist(Trainee)

Inter University Accelerator Centre, an autonomous organisation of University Grants Commission invites application from eligible candidates for following post:

Post: Scientist(Trainee)

No. of the Post: 02 (01 SC, 01 ST)  

Pay Band:

Selected candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs.15,000/- per month during the training period of one year. On successful completion of training and the selection procedure, the candidates will be placed in the post of Scientist “C” in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + GPRs.5,400/-

Age Limit: Max. 26 years as on 31.05.2014 and relaxation as per rules.

Qualification:

M.Sc. (Physics) with consistently good academic record from Class-X examination onwards (with atleast 60% marks). Candidates who are slated to complete the M.Sc. Course in the academic year 2013-14 are also eligible to apply provided final degree is available at the time
of interview.
