Qualification:

• Any Graduation or Post Graduation
• 4-6 years of strong experience in Experienced working in .Net Framework, C#/VB.Net, OOPS, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET, LinQ, SQL Server 2005/ 2008, Performance Tuning, JavaScript & JQuery, HTML and CSS
• Good to have hands on experience in few of the latest technologies/patterns - WCF, WPF, Entity Framework, Azure, MVVM, MVP, Prototype, Adapter, etc.
• Strong written and oral communication skills & Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling smaller teams or smaller projects , good team management and client handling skills
• Ability to Create effort/duration estimates and deliverable lists for proposed projects
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and time lines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong minded and passionate towards job responsibility
• Must be able to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
