Qualification:
- Any Graduation or Post Graduation
- 4-6 years of strong experience in Experienced working in .Net Framework, C#/VB.Net, OOPS, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET, LinQ, SQL Server 2005/ 2008, Performance Tuning, JavaScript & JQuery, HTML and CSS
- Good to have hands on experience in few of the latest technologies/patterns - WCF, WPF, Entity Framework, Azure, MVVM, MVP, Prototype, Adapter, etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills & Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling smaller teams or smaller projects , good team management and client handling skills
- Ability to Create effort/duration estimates and deliverable lists for proposed projects
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and time lines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong minded and passionate towards job responsibility
- Must be able to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
Job Profile:
- Lead Smaller Teams/Projects & Take ownership of the projects and involves all the phases (Estimation, design, development, testing and implementation stages of the project)
- Set the coding, user experience and quality standards
- Task assignments and review of the deliverables

- Escalate issues to the management
