Applications invited by Assistant Manager (Company Secretary) for the post of Assistant Manager (Company Secretary) in New Delhi, Delhi. Qualified Company Secretary (Associate Company Secretary) with 02 years experience. Candidates having knowledge and proficiency in use of Computer will be preferred.

Candidate should have excellent communication and drafting skills. Adequate experience required in legal compliance as per Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI regulations/e-filing of documents with exposure to public issue/dividend related matters, handling of investor’s grievances and coordination with other regulatory agencies, stock exchange, ROC etc.

Number of vacancy is 01 and gross monthly salary of Rs. 16400-40500 (E-1) per month. Upper age limit is below 30 Years.
